Mr. Mark Beaudouin

Mark Beaudouin leads a team of fourteen people focused on legal and regulatory matters at Waters, Inc., the $1.6B analytical instruments market leader. Mark’s long career in corporate legal matters included stints with Parexel, the clinical trials company, J Baker, the shoe company, and GenRad, the test equipment company. Mark has long been a strong counselor to senior executives in the private sector in both the profit and non-profit arenas. 

Mark graduated summa cum laude from Boston College, Phi Beta Kappa and the recipient of the John F. Norton Prize at Graduation. He pursued a degree in International Law and Politics at Oxford University (Oxford, England) and received his Master of Letters there having studied The Israeli Raid on Entebbe, Uganda. Mark then graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School.
